Great composition.
The only thing I would note is that placing the eyes so wide that they sit almost at the extreme ends of the diagonal makes my eyes go back and forth between them from one corner of the picture to the other . . . back and forth, back and forth, back and forth! The near eye would seem to be the center of interest, but in fact the CI is split between the two eyes. That's probably because we tend to take both eyes together as a unit. This unsettling effect, whether deliberate or not, would seem to desirable, given that facial expression!
