Manga drawing lessons with 'Dr. Vee' Sensei www.drveemangakaclub.com/
I recommend her to anyone wanting to learn drawing Manga the traditional way. She was a surgeon before she gave that up and went to Japan to a Manga College. She has been an assistant to several known Manga authors, and now is published with Shonen Sunday.

Hands for reference, though my drawings aren't perfect. I'm supposed to draw 110 hand poses, will put them all up on DA.

FYI - as noted in this week's journal, pixelovely artist.pixelovely.com has added separate sections for drawing hands and facial expressions. These are photo reference galleries added to those for figure and animal drawing.
I used PL briefly a while back and found it useful and helpful for specific purposes that I had at the time. I keep the link in the resource center on my profile page.
